We designed the communications plan of the of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Suriname Country Office.

We begin with an internal analysis and an investigation of the target market. We used this information to share it with the UN communication officers to set realistic and relevant objectives.

We created the communication strategy plan with the different strands of action in accordance with the objectives set and with a detailed work plan and a specific timing for each of them.

We are currently in charge of the execution of the communications plan by editing graphic content, writing Human Interest Stories and creating and curating content for its publication on the corporate blog, website and social media profiles. We also help them with the production of promotional videos (we deal with the creative phase, storyboard script, execution and adaptation to different platforms), the design, layout and sending of Newsletters, the planning and management of the weekly schedule of publications, the production of promotional material and merchandising and different trainings to UNDP staff in digital marketing.
