(semi) Senior Business Developer Buenos Aires

Connaxis is looking for a business developer to join our team in Buenos Aires.

We are looking to incorporate a business developer in our team as the driving force behind generating new sales leads. You will work with a strong focuss on the local market and will constantly be looking to build new client relations. Building your own, result-oriented, sales strategy you will be fully responsible for the entire sales life-cycle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to be able to pitch our services and ensure their needs are being met.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Update & monitor performance of commercial activities using internal CRM to follow up on key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.

Required:

  • Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding in sales targets. 
  • Strong and relevant network of potential customers for our services. 
  • Experience in CRM operations like pipeline management, leads, opportunities, forecasting, accurate commit of new business revenues.
  • Personality traits: positive, ambitious, can do attitude, proactive, sales oriented, long-term vision, mature attitude, work hard - play hard.
  • Decisive, should make consistently good decisions.
  • A self-starter with initiative and motivation to achieve.
  • Be aware of industry news and trends that may affect your target sector and manage accordingly.
  • Open to negotiate, think in everyone's success and not only on his own success.

  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
  • Both fluent spoken and written English.

Studies and experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in sales.
  • Bring over an existing portfolio of clients/warm leads.
  • Master Degree in a relevant study.
  • Experience or affinity with IT and Digital Consulting.
