Nylson asked us to develop a 3D presentation. The presentation's concept was to give perspective buyers an idea of what it would be like to live inside a historical monument.
Our client, Nylson Marketing & Reclame, was responsible for all marketing and promotional material for the Janssen Project Development's apartment construction project in the 120 year old Dutch brewery, Brouwhuis Cambrinus. They chose Connaxis as a strategic partner for this.
Our 3D specialists used 3D Studio Max to create a tour along each side of the building. The tour then takes the user through the ground floor, one of the apartment's wine cellars, and then through two floors of one of the higher dwellings.
The quality of the rendering is impeccable and the presentation has been a key factor in the successful sale of the apartments.
