Unamic/HCN

Project Background

Unamic/HCN is a Dutch company specializing in Client Contact Services. They provide both B2C and B2B services for highly reputable clients. Recently Dutch privacy protection was tightened to limit businesses from using cold calling as a means of selling. With this tactic now restricted, Unamic/HCN’s management decided to work on increasing their online presence in order to attract new prospects and clients and increase conversions.

Creative Design

Our design team used 3D and Flash design to create a high-impact website. The user can clearly identify each of the offerings and also click on them to learn more. This page’s design serves not only as a landing page for new prospects and clients, but also works as a business presentation tool by company management..

Website Development

All of the validated xHTML templates were coded following W3C standards and cross-browser compatibility. We recommended the use of MODx as the CMS. MODx is an Open Source PHP web application framework with an extensive built-in CMS. Some of the customized MODx features used on this site are:

• Flash Video Player
• Pop up survey

Internet Marketing

In order to attract targeted traffic to the Outsourcing Sales website, our Internet Marketing team set up a Google AdWords pay per click advertising campaign. We organized adgroups, keywords and also wrote the advertisement texts. When the campaign went live, we set up and continue to manage the online advertising campaign through bidding and budget optimization.
