Getting from a business case to a functional website where Return on Investment (ROI) is taken into account is a complex process. Connaxis has developed the Connaxis´ Integrated Approach (CIA) to manage the complete process of making and managing an ROI-driven web application.

The CIA starts with a pre-process in which based on clear goals the marketing strategy and technical specifications for the web application are defined, in order to prevent surprises afterwards. The results of this phase form the input for the implementation phase. At the start of implementation of the web application it is perfectly clear what exactly will be implemented and how this web application will help reach the desired results. Then, when the application has gone live, different forms of support might be needed and specific internet marketing campaigns can be carried out to manage the web application over time.
